Highly visible single-tenant retail building in downtown Palo Alto acquired in 2014. Wheatley Properties re-positioned the building as a multi-tenant medical office and gym facility and oversaw a full interior renovation in 2018. Wheatley Properties continues to manage for the current owners after selling the building in 2022.
